- Write a free report that shows steps to make it warmer, more efficient or damp free (some tenants share the report with their landlords to resolve problems together).

Everyone should have a warm and healthy home. As a private tenant you can talk to us to:
- Understand heating controls better
- Tackle damp and mould
- Find current government grants and schemes to upgrade heating and boilers (such as ECO and ECHO).
Please note that physical changes require your landlord's permission and may also require them to pay top-up funding. Many are happy to do this, as they save money on essential maintenance.
